An Amsterdam studio run by Pieter van Geest and Tracey-Jayne Canavaggio, designing yachts, interiors and furniture with a maker’s practicality.
Van Geest Design works across the whole breadth of yacht design from a canal-side studio on the Brouwersgracht: exterior concepts, interior architecture, custom furniture and project management. The principals bring backgrounds in composite manufacturing and furniture design, and it shows in work that is drawn to be built.
Their concept work ranges from Mirage, a 106 metre glass-clad study with Fincantieri, to the 140 metre Pebble and the 93 metre performance ketch Ripple. Closer to our bench: the studio also designs custom outdoor furniture for superyachts, the same deck territory where our cushions and covers live.
